JM Landscape & Construction began as a family-run landscaping business in Woking with a passion for creating high-quality outdoor spaces across Surrey. As our reputation grew, so did the scale of the projects our clients entrusted us with.

Many landscaping projects required extensive groundworks, drainage, brickwork and structural building, and clients increasingly asked us to complete these elements alongside their gardens. Expanding into construction was therefore a natural progression, allowing us to offer a complete service under one umbrella.

Today, we combine expert landscaping, construction and groundworks to deliver everything from bespoke patios, driveways and gardens to garage conversions, extensions and home improvements, ensuring every project is built on strong foundations and finished to the highest standards.

Husband & Wife Team

JM Landscape & Construction is a husband-and-wife business built on skilled craftsmanship and a commitment to delivering high-quality landscaping and construction projects across Surrey.

Jamie leads the practical side of the business, managing customer consultations, project planning, quotations and overseeing every job from start to finish. Claire, his wife, supports the day-to-day running of the company, helping with customer communication, organisation and administration.

Together, they bring complementary skills and a shared focus on providing a reliable, personal service where every project is completed to the highest standard.

Our experienced landscaping team specialises in creating practical and beautiful outdoor spaces, from complete garden transformations to individual improvements.

  JM Landscape have just completed a new drive and re grout an existing patio The work is excellent and we are delighted with the end result. Tidy workmanship and very friendly guys.   I can’t recommend Jamie enough. We engaged him to help us with urgent repairs to our extension, and he has genuinely gone above and beyond every step of the way. From the very first conversation, Jamie was incredibly responsive — always quick to reply, happy to accommodate our schedule, and completely professional throughout.   We tried to get our garden sorted last year after seeing works by Jamie and his team, weather did not allow. This year we resheduled again. Our plan was to have artificial turf which is pet friendly.  Unfortunately the previous landscaping company did not install correctly leaving us with a product and space  we could not use. Jamie came round, explained what needed doing and how to achieve end result. Tim and Brandon carried out the works for us, a few extras were added during the works which we agreed to. Have to say, I run a business as well, and it's so nice to have a company that respond to phone call, messages and emails. They have always kept me informed on progress, times and program of works. So happy with Jamie and everyone included in getting our garden sorted. We now have a garden that we are happy to enjoy and sit in. Thank you guys.

  Very pleased with the work to fill in a window, brickwork was an excellent match,  you would not notice that there had ever been a window there. Also the tradesmen were a pleasure to have on site and they cleared up very well. We won't hesitate to use this company again.

  Fantastic work on our garden. Really helpful  suggestions when Jamie quoted & the lads were great in last week's heat. Patio area where we had a shed base & replacement fencing panels that were crumbling. Looks fab & everything tidied up - even grass seeded by edge of patio. Couldn't recommend more.
